| 摘 要： | 研究生团建是新时期高校共青团发展创新和加强研究生思想政治教育的迫切需要.当前研究生团建中还存在意识淡薄、组织不健全、针对性不强、专业性弱等问题,而社会工作中的个案工作、小组工作、社区工作等专业方法,在满足个体化需求、服务小群体、基层组织建设等方面具有明显的优势,非常值得借鉴到研究生团建工作当中,以提升团组织满足研究生需求的能力,提升共青团在研究生群体中的影响力,促进高校共青团工作的创新与发展.

| Abstract: | Under the new situation, the league building is a very urgent task in relation to the development and innovation of Communist Youth League in college. There are problems in league building in graduates, such as light consciousness, imperfect,organizations,unprofessional works. Social work,witch has many advantages is very worth referring to the field of league building in graduates, to enhance the service capacity, influence, and the development and innovation of Communist Youth League in college. |
