| 摘 要： | 惩罚的前提是了解学生的个性特点,与学生约定什么是对,什么是错,错了要承担什么后果。本文从学生的个性特点、预防学生犯错的有关策略分析了叛逆学生破坏性犯错的原因以及教育中必须施行的惩罚措施。

| Abstract: | Before punishment,you must know the character of students.And there is agreement between you and students about what is right and what is wrong.The students are clear what kind of punishment they should get if they don＇t obey the rules.The paper is about the causes of behavior mistakes by some rebellious students and the punishment strategy. |
