| 摘 要： | “以就业为导向”是现在及今后高等职业院校就业指导工作的基本方向;但“以就业为导向”在许多高职院校的实际工作中简单化了、庸俗化了,偏离了“以就业为导向”本身科学内涵所规制的价值轨道,由此导致的实践危害虽然是潜在的却是久远的和严重的,需要根据高等职业教育的发展规律和知识经济时代对人才的需求特点,运用科学分析方法,融合世界其他国家的实践经验,对其做出科学诠释。

| Abstract: | Employment-orientedness,as a direction of job guidance,has been simplified and deviated from the value of scientific connotation in many vocational colleges.This will lead to the long and serious outcome and do harm to the teaching.Therefore it is very necessary to give the scientific explanation to the concept based on the development law of the high vocational education and the character of the talent demand,using scientific methods and adopting experiences from other countries. |
