| 摘 要： | 大学特色化发展是大学更好地发挥其人才培养、科学研究和社会服务三大基本职能的必然要求,也是建设高等教育强国的必由之路。大学校长作为大学的法人代表,是大学的最高管理者和负责人,其领导能力对于大学特色化发展发挥着决定性的作用。对于大学校长的领导能力构成,除了应包括目前学术界已形成共识的政治理论素养、教育思想和观念之外,至少还应包含战略规划能力、组织协调能力、经营管理能力和持续学习能力。

| Abstract: | The characteristic developments of universities are the inevitable demands for their personnel trainings,scientific researches and social services.And universities are required to take this route to realize the Chinese higher education.Presidents of the high schools,corporate representatives of high schools,are the chief managers and leaderships of them.Their abilities play a vital role in the course of universities’ characteristic development.As to the ingredients of their abilities,they conclude the ability of strategic planning ability to organize and coordinate,the ability of operating management and the ability of continuous learning as well as the knowledge of political theory and ideology of education. |
