摘    要:人力资源管理是管理类专业的必修课,教学上必须不断研究新的教学方式方法,优化理论教学。在实践性教学上引入案例教学,开展体验式教学,建构真实的教学环境。以课程调研为切入点,锻炼学生的科研能力,提高专业能力,来提高学生的就业能力。

Abstract:Higher education reform should be market – oriented. As one of the core courses of management,Human Resources Management should evolve substantially in its teaching tactics so as to multiply the recruitment possibilities of students. The author proposes the countermeasures to optimize theory teaching by using case study in practical teaching proceedings,to build up a field - like teaching environment by conducting experiential education,to strengthen RD proficiency of students by revitalizing curriculum research as an engine,thus enhance their professional skills for their future career.
