| 摘 要： | 人力资源开发是经济增长的重要源泉,也是提高我国国际竞争力的基础.职业技术教育开发人力资源作用的关键在于,面向市场灵活办学;努力开发第三产业市场;加强农村人力资源开发;大力发展各种形式的职业技术教育和培训,为就业和再就业服务;积极参与建立以能力为本的就业培训制度,努力改变我国人力资源结构不合理的状况.

| Abstract: | The exploration of the manpower resource is not only the important resource of the economic growth but also the base of improving China's international competitive power. The vocational and technical education must exert the key role for the exploration of the manpower resource and run schools facing the market, try to explore the third industry market, strengthen the exploration of the manpower resource in the countryside, develop all kinds of the vocational and technical education and training vogorously to serve the employment and re-employment, take part in and build the employment training system taking ability as the base actively and struggle to change the current situation that the structure of the manpower resource in China isn't reasonable. |
