河北省医药制造业技术创新效率及创新能力研究

摘    要:首先界定了创新效率与创新能力概念的差异,并对已有文献进行系统回顾。之后利用DEA方法对河北省医药制造业相对效率进行分析,进行全国比较时发现河北医药制造业相对效率偏低,人员冗余过多,投入结构不合理。然后利用因子分析法,对河北省医药制造业创新能力进行全国对比,发现相对低效率而言,总体创新能力较高。最后就这一现象展开分析,并得出河北省医药制造业发展需平衡投入结构,提升创新效率,使效率与规模并重的结论。

Abstract:The paper firstly defined the difference of the conception of innovation efficiency and capacity,then reviewed exiting literatures systematically.After that it studied the relative efficiency of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Hebei province by using DEA method,and found that the relative efficiency was lower and input structure was unreasonable because of the redundancy of personnel.Then the paper compared the comprehensive innovation ability of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Hebei province with other provinces(cities) in China by using the factor analysis method,and the result showed that relative to the lower innovation efficiency,the overall innovation ability was higher.Finally,the paper analyzed the phenomenon and reached a conclusion that it was necessary for the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry in Hebei province to keep the balance of input structure,promote technology innovation efficiency and make efficiency equal to the scale.
