| 摘 要： | 采用各城市2009年公布数据,以北京、广州等全国十九个城市为研究对象,选取全社会R&D经费投入、专利产出等十五项科技创新指标,运用SPSS分析软件,采用主成分因子分析法,研究广州科技创新投入、产出排名情况及其两者之间的关系,找出影响地区科技创新竞争力的主要因素,提出科技创新建设对策建议。

| Abstract: | According to the data of 19 cities,using principal components factor analysis and multi-factor line regression method,this paper analyzes and evaluates the internal factors of input and output of science and technology system and their relations,figures out the existing problems,and presents some countermeasure and suggestions for improving the independent innovation of Guangzhou. |
