| 摘 要： | 在回顾国内外有关风险投资的地域分布和行业分布研究的基础上,选取行业风险投资案例数占全国投资案例总数的比重、行业风险投资金额占全国投资总额的比重、风险投资机构的行业偏好率三个指标,对我国风险投资的22个主要行业进行了聚类分析;依据行业发展水平的不同,将22个行业分成三类,研究每一类行业风险投资的特点。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the research on the geographic distribution and industry distribution of venture capital;selects three indicators: the number of venture capital industry cases dividing the total number of venture capital cases,the amount of venture capital industry dividing the total investment,and the rate of venture capital industry preference;carries out cluster analysis on the major industry of China’s venture capital;based on the different industry developing levels,separates the 22 industries into three categories;studies the venture capital industry characteristics of each category. |
