| 摘 要： | 结合国内外典型区域创新发展的理论和经验,系统阐述了自主创新高地的内涵及特征,立足于滨海新区发展实情,设计滨海新区构筑自主创新高地的发展路径,对其发展历程进行阶段识别。在此基础上,结合滨海新区资源禀赋优势,制定下一阶段创新发展战略,并提出相应的实施对策。

| Abstract: | According to the theories and experiences of the development of regional innovation at home and abroad,the paper systematically analyzes the connotation and characteristics of independent innovation highland.Based on the facts of the development of Binhai New Area,the paper designs the development path to build the independent innovation highlands of Binhai new area and identifies the stages of its development process.Combined with the resources superiorities of Binhai new area,it formulates the innovation development strategy for next stage and the implementation countermeasures. |
