| 摘 要： | 采用中国科技投入与产出的省市面板数据,运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法比较了金融机构贷款、政府与企业投入对创新的效率。研究发现,从全国看,政府科技投入的创新效率最高,而且每年都在稳步提高;企业科技投入的创新效率次之,处于小幅稳定波动状态;金融机构贷款的创新效率最低,看不出增长的趋势,但波动在缩小。从地区看,政府科技投入效率和企业科技投入效率东部比中西部优势明显,西部地区金融机构贷款效率已经赶上了中东部地区,西部地区的政府投入效率和企业投入效率也超过了中部地区。

| Abstract: | This paper,using panel data in recent years,adopts data envelopment analysis(DEA) and compares the efficiency of financial institutions,government and enterprises investment in innovation.The study finds that at the national level,the government investment inscience and technology nnovation not only is the most efficient,but also steadily increases every year;the efficiency of enterprises science and technology investment innovation ranks the second,but with small and stable fluctuation state;financial institutions lending innovation is the least efficient,with no growth trend,but the fluctuation is shrinking.From a regional perspective,the efficiency of government and enterprises investment in science and technology investment in eastern region has obvious advantages over the efficiency in western and central regions;the efficiency of financial institutions lending in western region has caught up with that of eastern and central regions;also,the efficiency of government investment and enterprises investment in west region exceeds the central region. |
