摘    要:随着全球化的进程,人才的争夺也必须着眼于全球范围。在对美国、日本、印度等发达国家和新兴发展中国家引进海外人才的做法进行总结分析的基础上,提出了我国当前在引进海外人才方面需要注意的几个问题,并做了初步的分析与思考。

Abstract:With the development of globalization,the competition for talents must focus on the global scale.The paper analyzes the practice of introducing talents of overseas in the United States,Japan,India and other developed countries and emerging developing countries.And then it proposes several problems which need to pay attention to in the process of introduction of overseas talents in our country.The paper also makes some preliminary analysis and reflection on the problems.
