| 摘 要： | 从技术创新投入产出角度设计评价指标,综合使用数据包络分析(DEA)方法中的模型,以2009年至2010年的陕西省科技统计年鉴数据为依据,对陕西省能源化工各个行业的R&D人力资源的总效率、技术效率、规模效率进行分析研究,分析结果显示,陕西省能源化工工业R&D人力资源效率普遍不高,平均效率仅为71.4%。

| Abstract: | Firstly,the evaluation criteria of R&D human resource efficiency of energy and chemical industry was established from the view of input and output.Secondly,the DEA models were employed to evaluate the efficiency of R&D human resource with the data of 2009 and 2010 Shaanxi science and technology statistical yearbook.Results showed that the efficiency of R&D human resources of energy and chemical industry was not high,its average value only reached 71.40%. |
