| 摘 要： | 分析科技型中小企业高速成长的驱动因素可以为具有相似特征的中小企业持续成长提供参考。通过研究第一家成功登陆创业板的公司特锐德的案例,可以发现支撑科技型中小企业快速成长的主要因素有以下三点:第一,发挥企业内部优势,包括卓越的企业家能力、独特的企业文化、高素质的人力资源和强大的市场营销;第二,借力企业外部资源,即充分利用现有的各项政府扶持政策,依托行业潜力开拓发展空间;第三,具有明确的发展战略,即在成长中坚持市场导向,坚持商业模式的动态变化,坚持供应链优化。

| Abstract: | The listed technical SMEs on GEM(Growth Enterprise Market) have high developing potentials.An analysis on high growth factors for them can provide reference for the SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) with similar characteristics and help them to grow continuously.This paper is a case study which emphasizes on the first company landing on Chinese GEM-Qingdao TGOOD Electric Co.,Ltd.The paper has an analysis on the key factors driving the company——a rapid development from the foundation in 2004.The research and analysis show that the company has the following characteristics which successfully supports the rapid growth of the small and mid-sized enterprises.1) outstanding entrepreneur ability;2) unique corporate culture;3) high quality human resources;4) strong marketing;5)full use of the existing government policy support and relying on the industry the potential to open up space for development;6) persistence in the market-oriented policy while they grow;7) dynamic changes of the business mode;8) insistence on the supply chain optimization and building strategic alliances partnership with upstream and downstream companies. |
