| 摘 要： | 新的时期需要创新型人才，而创新型人才要靠教育来培养，教育的目的是让受教育者的智力因素与非智力因素和谐发展，从而形成健全的人格个性。人的创新能力是健全的人格个性的张扬。可见德育教育是实现个性张扬的前提和关键。

| Abstract: | Innovative talents are needed in new periods and innovative talents will be trained by education, the purpose of education is aimed at the harmonious development of intelligence and non-intelligence factors of the education receivers so as to form sound personality and individual characters. People's innovative ability may be seen as the demonstration of sound personality and individual characters, so it is apparent that moral education is the prerequisite and key to achieve the display of individual characters. |
