| 摘 要： | 孟子以“人性善”为基础，以“仁义”为价值内涵，构建了关于理想人格的理论。孟子还提供了“存心养性”、“善养浩然之气”、“舍生取义”、“明善诚身”、“以天下为己任”等实现理想人格的途径。孟子所构建的理想人格是对孔子理想人格全面的继承和深化。同时为后世的志士仁人提供了一个能够追求的理想人格模式，并提出了一条通向儒家理想人格的途径。

| Abstract: | Based on the idea of"kindness in human nature",Mencius builds up his theory of ideal personality with"Ren" and "Yi" as its soul.He also points out ways to achieve this goal.Namely,through"cultivation of mind","development of noble spirits","sacrifice for righteousness","awareness of goodness and being honest" and "regarding the state business as one's duty".Mencius inherites and deepens Confucius' theory of ideal personality and provides a mould for later people of high ideals to follow. |
