| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代,知识作为一种战略性资源得到社会各界越来越广泛的关注,如何发挥产、学、研等组织在知识管理过程中的优势,实现知识的协同创造与创新,推进知识联盟的良性协调发展,已成为知识管理学术界研究的焦点之一.Web 2.O时代的主要代表Wiki以其协同知识创作的优势给知识管理与创新机制注入了新的活力,本文详细分析了以Wiki为基础的产、学、研知识联盟的知识创新机制.

| Abstract: | In knowledge economy era, knowledge, as a strategic resource, is absorbing more and more attention from the society. How to give play to the superiorities of enterprises, universities and research institutions in knowledge alliance to realize the collaborative knowledge creation and innovation and promote the healthy and coordinated development of knowledge alliance has become the focus in knowledge management circles, The characteristics of Wiki, an important representative of Web2. 0 era, is injecting a new vigor into knowledge management and innovation with its superiorities of collaborative knowledge creation. The purpose of this article is studying the knowledge innovation mechanism based on Wiki in knowledge alliance. |
