| 摘 要： | 立法是推动终身学习(教育)的最佳制度选择。以立法原理为技术路径,分析其必经节点,就终身学习(教育)法的调整范围、主体及权利义务设定的原则、立法用语等技术问题进行了探讨,并得出相关结论,梳理出国内终身学习(教育)立法进程,绘制一份"路径导航规划",以期对提高立法效率,加快立法进程有所助益。

| Abstract: | Lifelong education legislation serves as an optimal choice for promoting lifelong learning in China. Based on legislation theories, this paper explores some key issues in terms of necessary procedures, principles, technical terms, and then ＂Navigation Route＂ is pictured. It is expected that the study will contribute to improve legislation efficiency and accelerate the legislation process. |
