教师隐性知识显性化的障碍及对策研究

摘    要:隐性知识是超越显性知识的更深层次的知识。教师拥有大量的显性知识和隐性知识,教师隐性知识是影响学校教育教学的重要因素。分析影响教师隐性知识显性化的障碍,探寻教师隐性知识显性化的有效方法,对提高学校教育教学绩效和促进教师专业化发展具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Tacit knowledge is a deeper knowledge beyond the explicit knowledge. The teacher possesses a lot of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, the later is an important factor affecting the schooling. The paper first makes an analysis of the influence of teachers' tacit knowledge explicit barriers, then explores the effective methods of teachers' tacit knowledge explicit. The author argues that it has important significance for improving the performance of school education and teachers' professional development.
