| Abstract: | The paper first discussed the connotation of mechanism, and then concerned with the significant factors of recruitment mechanism in terms of school-running concept, school positioning, development strategy and recruitment approach. The paper concluded that the innovative rtmning concept, clear positioning, efficient recruitment and standardized work procedure have a significant impact on the recruitment mechanism in Radio and TV Universities |
