摘    要:研究目的:了解不同成长背景大学生心理健康状况的差异及其关系,为有针对性地开展心理健康教育实践活动提供参考。方法:采用症状自评量表中国大学生心理健康量表(CCSMHS),对5945名本科生进行测试和评定。结果:不同年级、性别、民族、独生子女、专业、家庭来源地等背景条件下大学生的心理健康状况存在显著性差异,且不同背景条件与大学生的心理健康水平密切相关。结论:在心理健康教育教学过程中,需根据不同成长背景大学生群体的特点与差异开展活动,才能有效改善其心理健康状况

Abstract:Objective: To explore the correlation and differences of mental health of college students from different backgrounds, and to provide a scientific basis for the mental health education. Methods: Investigation was made in 5,945 college students by using CCSMHS. Results: There are significant differences in mental health among students of different grades, genders, nations, only children, specialties and family origins. Meanwhile, the students' mental health is significantly associated with all backgrounds. Conclusion: To raise the state of mental health in the mental health education, we must take into account the characteristics among different backgrounds.
