| 摘 要： | 加拿大航空院校办学特点对我国航空院校办学有重要的启示：教师要到生产单位参加实习，真正成为“双师型”教师，要善于培养学生的自信心，要有先进的教育观念。学校要聘请专业人士参与教材的修订和完善，深化教学内容改革，聘请教育专家对教师进行教学方法和技巧的培训，严格管理和考核学生，培养学生优起的“机务作风”。

| Abstract: | The revelations of school-running characteristics of aviation schools in Canada to China are: teachers should participate in practice training in real working institution to become "dual-qualification" teachers;teachers should possess advanced and modernized educational view,and be good at cultivating students' confidence.schools should employ expert to edit and optimize teaching materials to deepen the reform of teaching content,enhance teachers' teaching methods and techniques by expert training,manage and evaluate students strictly,etc. |
