Abstract:With the rapid expansion of scale and the walking into popularization of higher education,how colleges and universities can catch the opportunity,meet the challenge and develop themselves in the market competition become the theme of the reform and development of higher education.To make an orientation correctly,build a brand,train the characteristic personnel and push on the personalization development of colleges and universities may be efficacious ways to achieve success.
