| Abstract: | DENG Xiao-ping's thought in personality has very important realistic meaning in realizing the tactic to build China into a powerful country. Its main idea is that the key to do China's things better depends on able persons. It should promote those able persons and use them bravely according to both virtue and ability. The society should cultivate a atmosphere to make those able persons to show their talent to keep pace with the modern construction. We should understand DENG Xiao-ping's thought in personality further and boost the tactic. |
