| 摘 要： | 当前，民办高职教育普遍采用工学结合、校企合作的办学模式。专业群的建设更是强调专业设置与职业岗位群的对接、课程结构和工作过程对接。为了适应这种人才培养模式，民办高职思政理论课教学必须着眼于学生职业生涯的可持续发展，坚持以就业为核心，将思想政治理论课教学与学生的专业实际相结合，以增强教学针对性。

| Abstract: | At present, the private higher vocational education carries on the education mode of the combination of work and learning and the cooperation of colleges and colleges. The construction of specialty group lays more emphasis on the connection between the specialty and the vocation and that between the course structure and the working process. In order to adjust to the talent cultivation mode, the ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges must focus on the sustainahle development of the students＇ career development. |
