| 摘 要： | 科学技术发展的机遇观,是邓小平科技思想的重要组成部分。相对于新技术革命的国际背景,相对于中国十分落后的科技水平,相对于中国国民经济对科技发展的巨大需求,中国科学技术发展面临着机遇和挑战。科学技术发展的机遇观,既是中国科学技术发展的规律性把握,也是邓小平科学技术思想具有强大实践功能的基本要素。

Opportunism of science and technology development,not only is an objective law of science and technology development, but also is a essential factor of strong practice funtion of Deng Xiaoping's thought of science and technology. |
