溶胶-凝胶法制备球形纳米氧化铁的试验研究

摘    要:采用超声波技术和溶胶-凝胶法,结合真空干燥的方式,制备球形纳米氧化铁。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)对所得纳米氧化铁的结构、形貌及其粒径进行分析。结果表明:在200℃的低温条件下就可制备得到球形纳米α-Fe2O3,其结构为斜方六面体结构,粒径约为10nm。

Abstract:The spherical iron oxide nanocrystals are prepared by Sol-Gel method with ultrasonic and vacuum drying technologies.Their microstructures,morphologies and dimensions are also measured by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),Transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR).The experimental results show that the α-Fe2O3 with oblique side hexahedron structure and about 10nm of average size can be prepared at 200℃.
