| Abstract: | The precursor chemicals are always used in colleges and universities teaching and scientific research,such as sulfuric acid、 hydrochloric acid and acetone,etc.As The Precursor Chemicals Regulations（The number 445 of the state council makes） and The Drug Law enact and implement,the precursor chemicals management become gradually standardized、institutionalized and legalization,and explicit responsibility and standardize the management.Using The Precursor Chemicals Supervision and the Management System,it will realize the precursor chemicals management informatization and modernization. |
