| Abstract: | The paper discusses we should know healthy concepts correctly, and establish new concepts that health should be put at the first position in the P.E teaching. We should know the correlation between P.E teaching and the education of mental health. We should grasp opportunities to update the educational concepts continuously in the teaching, change teaching methods, permeate the education of mental health actively, and promote the development of students' mental health. |
