| Abstract: | At first,the People Inspector should be independent of the prosecution control in appointing the members and exploiting the resources.Secondly,to improve the procedure makes the inspectors gain the comprehensive and more information about the case. Finally,the system of the People Inspector should retain tension between democratic validity and professional knowledge. |
