| 摘 要： | 随着国有商业金融从农村市场的退出，农村金融机构缺位，农村金融服务面临断层的困境。农村信用社受自身实力和规模制约，难以为当前新农村建设提供急需的金融服务。作者认为．进一步提升农村金融服务水平，引入竞争机制，打破农村金融市场的垄断格局，建立多层次、多种所有制形式共存、竞争又互补的新农村金融服务格局和竞争机制是解决当前农村金融服务的重要选择。
