| 摘 要： | 学校体育要加强终身体育教育 ,教学方法必须灵活多样 ,为加快职业中专学校体育教学改革的步伐 ,应在职业中专学校中开设体育选修课的新教学模式。总结十多年的教学实践经验 ,阐述开设体育选修课实例 ,教学效果和教学体会 ,为进一步深化职业中专学校体育教学改革提供参考。
