民营企业发展过程中的制度冲突与人才流动

摘    要:在社会转型过程中,已成长为我国经济重要力量的民营企业,正在传统的家族式管理制度与现代企业管理制度的冲突中艰难前行。对民营企业中制度冲突与人才流动关系的研究,具有理论和现实的双重意义。在社会转型过程中,民营企业的制度变迁和人才流动也存在双向互动和双向建构的关系。制度冲突影响员工的组织归属感,从而影响其流动,而员工的流动必定促使民营企业在制度变迁和制度创新上作出回应。

Abstract:In the period of social transformation of China, private enterprises, which have grown to be an important sector in the national economy, are proceeding difficultly in the conflict between the traditional household management system and the modem enterprise management system. The research on the relationship between system conflict and talented personnel flow of private enterprises is of both theoretical and practical significance. In social transformation, the system vicissitude and talented personnel flow of private enterprises interact and promote each other. On one hand, system conflict affects employee's sense of organization belonging and accordingly interfere their flow; on the other hand, employee's flow will undoubtedly urges private enterprises to change and innovate their systems.
