| 摘 要： | 普通高校武术课程模式改革是一个复杂的系统工程，需要各部门通力协作。教学内容和课程体系的改革是武术课程模式改革的重点和难点，在改革实践中受武术教师、武术设施资源与学校体育行政管理三方面的影响。师资是保证武术教学质量的重要因素，场地、器材是武术课程模式改革的有力保证，也是顺利完成教学任务的前提条件，而学校体育行政管理效率是改革能否顺利进行的关键之一。文章对制约高校武术课程模式改革的主导因素进行解析，并提出了相应的建议。
