| 摘 要： | 社区教育是提高社区成员素质和生活质量，实现社区发展的一种社区性教育活动过程。它是社区成员实现终身教育的主要途径，同时也是终身教育的重要组成部分。社区学院是社区教育的中心，它在促进社区建设和发展、在构建终身教育体系中具有不可替代的作用。新组建的河北社区学院模式、积极探索和实践终身教育体系的方式及途径之一。

| Abstract: | Community education is the process of improving the quality and living standard of the community members and realizing the community development. It is the important component in life-long education and also the main way to realize the life-long edu- cation for the people in communities. Being the center of the community education, the community college plays a great role in the devel- opment of the community construction and the building of life-long education system. Building Hebei Com- munity College is an effective way to further explore and practise the life-long education system. |
