| 摘 要： | 全球一体化作为当今世界不可逆转的时代趋势，必将给世界经济、化等带来新的繁荣与发展机遇。作为“世界动力场”的高等教育领域也不中避免地受到全球化进程全方位的影响与挑战。高等教育结构调整是应对全球化挑战的关键，是高等教育国际合作的基础，是推进高等教育国际化的前提。高等教育结构应在总体上体现多样化、开放性的特征。
