| 摘 要： | 软系统方法(Soft System Methodology，SSM)是一种有效的系统分析方法，是处理社会技术系统问题的有力工具。本文从改善传统的信息系统开发方法的目的出发，提出把SSM应用于信息系统开发过程，通过和传统信息开发方法相并用，来提高信息系统开发质量的效率；同时本文还对SSM和传统信息系统开发方法并用的两种方式进行了分析和比较。

| Abstract: | Checkland's Soft System Methodology(SSM)has in general proved effective as a systemic approach to organization change,and is a powerful tool of dealing with human activity system too.There has been a growing interest in the application of SSM to the information systems development process since the mid-1980s.By discussing some problems related to information system development methods that often are used in actual application,this paper puts forward the necessity of applying SSM to information systems development process,and analyses and discusses the different modes of combining SSM and conventional information system development method in detail. |
