摘 要: | 以陕西省企业科技创新、高校科技创新和研发机构科技创新的协同关系作为研究对象,从协同学的视角构建三者协同度的测度模型,结合陕西省2008—2014年科技创新的相关数据,对3个子系统的协同关系进行实证检验,实证结果表明陕西省产学研3个科技创新子系统具有很强相互促进关系,且复合系统的协同度呈稳定上升趋势,说明陕西省的产学研3个科技创新子系统正处于相互促进的协同发展状态。但是高校科技创新子系统的有序度逐渐成为产学研科技创新复合系统协同度上升的主要制约因素。最后,对促进陕西省产学研创新系统协同发展提出了政策建议。

An Empirical Study on the Coordinated Development of the Shaanxi’s U-I-R Technological Innovation System |

Abstract: | This paper did an empirical research on the coordination of technological Innovation between the industry,univer-sity and R&D institution,and constructed there synergy degree measurement model,then made empirical analysis on the co-ordination using the data of Shaanxi’s development technological innovation from 2008—2014. The results show that the order degrees of technological Innovation between the industry,university and R&D institutions are developing steadily, whichshows that the complex technological Innovation system of University-Industry-Research inShaanxi are in the collabora-tive development state. But the order degreeof Universities has become the main factor which restricts the rising of com-pound system coordination degree. Finally,the paper put forward the policy suggestions to promote the coordinated develop-ment of compound system. |
