| 摘 要： | 目前，我国许多地区非公有制企业由各地商会管理，襄阳市也是如此。而商会、行业协会并存，没有起到鼓励、支持并引导非公有制经济发展的作用，这就要求襄阳市政府必须整合民间商会和行业协会，组建与工商联相独立的商会，赋予其必要的服务和管理职能，促进襄阳市非公有制经济的快速发展。

Coexistence of chambers of commerce and the local chambers of commerce. trade associations does＇t not en- courage, support and guide non-public economic development, which requires Xiangyang city government to inte- grate the civil Chamber of Commerce and Industry Association, build Chamber of Commerce independent of Fed- eration of Industry and Commerce, and give the necessary services and management functions to promote the rapid development of non-public ownership economy in Xiangyang City. |
