| 摘 要： | 以HNO3和HClO4为分解试剂制得溶液,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定其中的Fe、Zn、Cu、Cd、Mn等5种微量元素,分析了不同产地白鲜皮之间微量元素的差异。结果表明不同产地的白鲜皮之间微量元素的含量有较大差异:辽宁白鲜皮中Cu含量高于四川陕西白鲜皮;而Fe、Zn、Mn含量低于后者。总的说来,四川白鲜皮和陕西白鲜皮中各种微量元素含量相近。

| Abstract: | In this paper,HNO3 and HClO4 are used as oxidant of Cortex Dictamni,and five trace elements(Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn,Cd) are determined by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometr(FAAS).The results show that the content of trace element is obviously different in the cortex dictamni from different habitat.The content of Cu of Cortex Dictamni from Liaoning province is more than those from Sichuan and Shanxi.The content of Fe,Zn and Mn are just in adverse.In summary,the content of trace element in cortex dictamni from Sichuan and Shanxi is similar. |
