塑造学习型人格争当学习型教师

摘    要:塑造具有学习型人格的学习型教师,是建设创新型国家的需要。学习型人格就是适应学习型社会需要、不断超越自我、不断学习新知识、不断创新观念,具有持续、快速、终身学习力的人格。教师的学习型人格是由道德人格、学术人格、教学人格、学习人格、政治人格五个人格要素构成。学习型教师就是具备学习型人格、能够不断进行教学创新与学术创新的创新型教师。"两课"教师必须有高尚的道德、快速的学习力和广博的知识。

Abstract:To mold the study personality as a study teacher is the need of construction the innovation country.The study personality meets the study social need,superego,to study the new knowledge,to innovate unceasingly idea,has studied the strength continually,fast,lifelong the personality.Teacher's study personality constituted by moral personality,academic personality,teaching personality,study personality,political personality five personality essential factors.The study teacher has the study personality,to be able to carry on the teaching innovation and the academic innovation unceasingly."Two classes" the teacher must have the noble morals,the fast study strength and the vast knowledge.
