摘    要:针对大功率半导体激光器价格较为昂贵的现状,我们用一个驱动电源同时驱动若干个激光二极管,并使其各自能够独立工作,再通过光纤合束器将这若干束激光耦合输出,从而得到较大的功率和性价比,特别是对大功率激光二极管更能显著地提高性价比。文章分析了半导体激光器的工作原理和使用要求。提出了对单个半导体激光器驱动电源的基本要求。并根据对半导体激光器驱动电源的基本要求,结合系统指标的要求,确定驱动电源的主体电路结构,对部分电路作了分析。从实现电流精度角度考虑,设计并实现高精度、高稳定性的控制系统及外围电路。从半导体激光器损坏机理角度考虑,设计并实现高效、可靠的保护电路及抗干扰电路。

Abstract:In this paper,a laser driver which can drive a group of parallel connected semiconductor lasers and adopts microprocessor control is studied.The system is composed of modulatable stable current source,protection circuit and lightpower feedback loop.By combining appropriate hardware and software,we have achieved,in our driver,a variety of protection features including the ability to relay shorting protection,soft turn-on current limit and overvoltage shut-off.Meanwhile,we have also obtained adjustable optical power outputs with high accuracy and stability and the parallel connected semiconductor lasers are independent.This paper has analyzed the operating principles of the semiconductor laser and its operating instructions.It has also pointed out the basic requirements to individual semiconductor laser's power.According to the basic requirement and the requirement of the systematic target,we give the main circuit structure of the power and analyze some circuits.As viewed from the current's accuracy of the semiconductor laser,we succeed in designing the controlling system and peripheral circuits with high accuracy and high stability.As viewed from its damage mechanism,we design the protecting circuit and anti-interference circuit with high efficiency and high stability.
