| 摘 要： | 从上个世纪70年代末，尤其是农产品购销逐步市场化以来，农民专业合作经济组织在我国的广大农村得以长足发展，并在提高农民组织化程度，避免自然风险和市场风险，促进农业产业化和现代化方面发挥了无可替代的作用。本文从外部政府政策影响的角度来研究农民专业合作经济组织的发展问题，旨在对农民专业合作经济组织健康发展，增加农民收入有所补益。

| Abstract: | The seventies is last from the last century, since especially agricultural product buying and selling becoming market-oriented step by step, the extensive peasant specialized cooperative economic organization rural area in our country can be developed by leaps and bounds, and in improving the peasant systemization degree, avoid natural risk and marketplace risk, boost agricultural industrialization and modernized aspect having brought the effect having no but replacing into play. The problem coming to study development of peasant specialized cooperative economic organization the angle the main body of a book is affected from outside government policy, aims at developing to peasant specialized cooperative economic organization health, the income increasing a peasant is be of some help. |
