| Abstract: | Administering a country needs law as well as morality. Only when China is ruled by law can the socialism market economy be developed in an orderly and healthy way. Only when the thoughts of ruling China by morality are thoroughly carried out can the socialist spiritual heritage be strengthened. Only when China is ruled by both law and morality can one see a new situation and realize the great renaissance of the Chinese nation. |
