| 摘 要： | 新建地方本科院校是社会对高等教育的需要和高等教育大众化需求的产物。已成为中国高等教育的重要组成部分，主要承担着本科人才培养的任务。这类院校应该全面分析现阶段中国高等教育发展状况和自身的特点，借鉴国外应用技术大学成功的办学经验。对应用技术大学的基本特征进行总结提炼。从办学定位、专业设置、人才培养、师资队伍、学科建设和政策保障等六个方面探讨新建地方本科院校转型发展的基本路径。

| Abstract: | As the product of the social need for higher education and the popularization demand of higher education, newly-built local colleges have become an important part of higher education in China, which mainly undertake the task of undergraduate talents cultivation. This kind of colleges or universities should comprehensively analyze China＇s higher education development situation and its own characteristics of the present stage, draw lessons from successful sehool-rurming experience of foreign universities of applied technology, and summarize the basic characteristics of universities of applied technology. The basic path of transformation development of newly-built local colleges is discussed in this paper from school-running orientation, professional setting, personnel trining, teaching staff, discipline construction and policy guarantee etc. |
