| 摘 要： | 通过建立并测算中部六省2002至2012年的外贸依存度、外资依存度、对外开放度等涉外经济指标体系,分析所得的中部六省近年来对外经济发展情况的主要结论有：中部六省对外经济发展良好,增长显著;对外贸易对中部六省对外经济发展的贡献远高于外商投资;中部六省内部的对外经济水平可划分为高中低三个层次;中部六省对外经济水平较全国平均水平存在较大差距等。根据所得结论,提出了中部六省要继续扩大对外开放度;结合各省情况制定发展策略;提高对外贸易的附加值;重视外商投资等相关建议。

| Abstract: | Through establishment of the 2002-2012 index system and an analysis of the thus-obtained degree of foreign trade dependency, degree of foreign capital dependency and degree of openness in six provinces in central China, the conclusions regarding the foreign economy development in these provinces are： the foreign economy in the six central provinces is growing faster; foreign trade has contributed more to the economic development than foreign capital investment; there are three levels of internal foreign economy in the six provinces： higher, intermittent and lower; the foreign economy in the six provinces lags far behind the average nationwide foreign economy. Based on the above conclusions, this paper proposes： the six provinces in central China shall open more to the outside world; new developing strategies shall be made according to the economic situation in each province; the value of foreign trade shall be improved and foreign investment set more store by. |
