减压渣油掺炼高芳烃油焦化反应的研究

摘    要:对四种减压渣油和两种高芳香油。以及掺不同比例高芳烃油焦化反应进行了研究。分析了不同原料以及掺高芳烃油对焦化产物收率的影响规律。结果表明,高芳烃油焦化的汽柴油收率低,而蜡油收率高,掺炼高芳烃油将降低汽柴油收率,明显增加蜡油的收率,蜡油可作为催化料或加氢原料。

Abstract:The coking reactions on four residue ,two heavy aromatic oil and residue with various proportion heavy aromatic oil are studyed . The influence of various residue and heavy aromatic oil blended on the coking production yield are analyzed. The test result shows that gasoline and diesel oil yield of heavy aromatic oil coking are lower,but the coker gas oil yield is higher, and blended heavy aromatic oil will reduce gasoline and diesel oil yield and increase the coker gas oil yield in evidence , and the coker gas oil can be used as FCC and hydrocrake feedstock.
