| 摘 要： | 师资队伍建设是影响教学质量的关键,加强英语师资队伍建设对于提高民办高校英语教学质量具有重大意义。当前,民办高校英语师资队伍建设中存在的问题不少,严重影响了民办高校英语教学质量的提高。就民办高校英语师资队伍建设中存在的一些问题作一番探讨,并试从政府、学校、英语部门的角度提出一些对策。
