生物制剂对小菜蛾自然种群的控制作用

摘    要:应用昆虫生命表技术, 评价了5 个生物制剂对小菜蛾种群的控制作用。结果表明, 013 %印楝素乳油(azadirachtin) 、118 %阿维菌素乳油(abamectin) 与苏云金杆菌乳剂(Bt ) 对小菜蛾种群直接毒杀作用较好,但施用1 次不能将一茬蔬菜上小菜蛾种群趋势指数( I) 降至1100 以下。013 %印楝素乳油+ Bt 乳剂、013 %印楝素乳油+ 118 %阿维菌素乳油, 对小菜蛾的联合控制作用显著, I 值均小于1100 , 同时表明4 个生物制剂对菜田自然天敌无毒副作用。

Abstract:The effects of biological agents against the diamondback moth(DBM),Plutella xylostlla(L.),were evaluated in the light of the theories and approaches of population control system.The results indicated that the azadirachtin,abamectin and Bt played more control roles to DBM.The I-value(Index of population trend) were above 1.00 when biological agents were applied only once.However, combined efficacy of two measures(i.e azadirachtin abamectin,azadirachtin Bt) had significantly effects to DBM.The I-value was much lower than 1.00.At the same time,biological agents were safe to natural enemies in vegetable fields.
