| Abstract: | National tradition sport in an important part of Chinese traditional culture,while the traditional sport has to face up the olss and it is on the dangerous verge of extinction because of the attack of globalization of sports,which is represented by the Olympic movements.School sports are important ways of disseminating sports and culture.Introducing traditional sports to school physical education can,on the one hand,promote the development of school sports and enrich teaching resources of school physical education.It will help improve students’ physical and mental health and improve their overall quality as well as help young students have awareness for lifelong sports training.On the other hand,school sports will conducive to the development of traditional sports,in favor of mining,sorting and protection,national traditions and conducive to promotion,popularization and transmission of the traditional sports. |
